Masada El Rabday (Tucky), *Tuhotmos x Masada Dahmah, and of the Dahman strain, is a wonderful horse in his own right, but his true value is as a breeding stallion. Walter Schimanski very deliberately bred Dahmah to *Tuhotmos to make sure that there was a non-Nazeer *Tuhotmos son to carry the legacy into the new milleneum. Walter told me that Tucky was so genetically strong that he would consistently sire babies of uniform quality and ability, and this has definately proven to be true as the vast majority of his babies have grown up to be sucessful in such areas as endurance, dressage, jumping, western, trail, and always as best friends. Because Tucky is 29% Ibn Rabdan blood, he possesses the genetics to sire size although he himself is very small (14.1). He has offspring over 15 hands, and does not have a single one his size even when bred to SOF mares of like pedigree and size. I mention size only because it is an issue with many Americans. I am over 6 feet tall, and I am never on a small horse when I am riding Tucky over fences, in dressage, or sailing across a field!
